Our special solutions keep your products safe and tasty: oxygen barriers, CO 2 barriers, UV and light barriers, and hot fill and refill for PET.

We have developed several solutions to keep your products super tasty for longer. By understanding your requirements and product characteristics, we can adapt barrier types and formulations to achieve the perfect packaging result.

O² barrier

Active barrier, developed for products that need oxygen protection, with the active barrier technology, the original characteristics of the packaged product can be maintained for 9 months.

Light and UV barrier

Additive technology to control infiltration of UV lights, maintaining color characteristics and reducing oxidation of certain products.

CO² barrier

Passive barrier, developed for carbonated products, with this technology we have a longer shelf life of CO² inside the package.

Hot fill

Hotfill preform made with PET resin specific for high temperature filling, withstanding up to 85°C.

O² + CO² barrier

Passive and active barrier, helping to protect the entry of oxygen, thus preventing oxidation and preventing the immediate exit of CO², maintaining the original characteristics of the bottled product.
