Hot fill
Products such as juices, sports drinks, and sauces are often bottled hot
at temperatures up to 85°C in specially designed PET bottles to ensure a longer shelf life.
To help you avoid potential issues such as bottle deformation during and after filling or in storage, we offer a variety of techniques including hot-fill resin and finish design. We also provide consultancy for blowing machines and dedicated molds. In addition, we offer lightweight, panelless, hot-fill PET bottles with nitrogen.
Of course these bottles can also be combined with an oxygen barrier or UV blockers.
